In preparation for your conference and event budgeting for 2026, you can view the Conference Prospectus containing attendee costs, proposed topics for presentations and breakout sessions, and overall information on the group and its members.
After launching our first Benchmarking Survey prior to the 2023 annual meeting, we have gleaned a better understanding of where we stand as an industry. Applying this knowledge is essential to achieving a successful program. With that in mind, this year’s conference will focus on the continuation of our benchmarking efforts, sharing of best practices, and integrating these strategies into your own program. Our proposed agenda reflects the real priorities and concerns expressed in the survey as we continue to work towards true measures of success through benchmarking in our industry.
Conference Costs
All registrations include conference sessions, meals, and networking activities.
PROFESSIONAL RATE: The first attendee from an institution is free, courtesy of the host sponsor, Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. Each additional attendee will be billed at a rate of $625.
AFFILIATE MEMBER RATE: $2,500 per person.

Conference Hotel
The 2026 EFMR Roundtable conference will be held at the Washington Marriott Georgetown in Washington, DC with per-night costs of $259, available until 6pm ET on Wednesday, February 25th. Hotel booking links will be provided upon the completion of conference registration, once available.
