May 29, 2019 Call:
Our first call about EPCRA reporting in February was a success! Thank you to all those who participated to make it an informative talk. We are pleased to announce the second Environmental Facilities Management Roundtable (EFMR) group discussion on Wednesday, May 29th, 1 PM EST/ 10 AM PST.

This roundtable discussion, titled Organizational Structure: The Pros and Cons of In-house Versus Outsourced Organizational Management, is the second call in a series of calls meant to be the first of many surrounding the unique environmental challenges that facilities management professionals face.

On this call, we will hear from professionals in the financial, tech and wireless industries about how their facilities teams are structured. We will discuss the pros and cons of a fully outsourced organization structure as compared to an in-house or hybrid model. Speakers and members will talk about how their departments evolved to be how they are currently structured and speak to changes they may see coming down the line.  The call will be led by Joe Sturza. He will lead the discussion with the input from the many facilities management professionals on the call. Come ready to share your experience and questions!
